Our shipping options are Standard (3-4 business days), Economy (5 - 8 business days), The shipping price will be calculated at checkout.
When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 24-48hrs from the date of your order confirmation.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a separate email with tracking information. If you have not received an order confirmation email—please check your spam folder or reach out to support@nymher.com.
Need to check up on your order? If you have an account with us, log in to your account. Go to “my orders” and click “view order.” Then click “track your order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link.
If you don’t have an account with us, or have not received an order confirmation, email us at support@nymher.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address and we will resend.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite what you expected, please contact our support team immediately at support@nymher.com. We’ll help you with a replacement or guide you through our easy return process.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, including cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.
Kindly note that we work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

What is your Return + Exchange Policy?
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered.
Please review the guidelines below to confirm if your item qualifies for a return:
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, and undamaged
• All original packaging must be included (box, pouch, and tags)
• Sets must be returned in full; individual items from a set cannot be returned separately for refund, store credit, or exchange
